Jobs are counted per calendar month across all services. Each client month of AI Growth counts as one job in that month. A job's rate is set when it is booked; earlier jobs that month are not re-priced. Partner prices are retail less the discount, rounded to the nearest whole unit of currency. Prices exclude tax; applicable taxes are added to each invoice; 18% GST is added to each invoice. More than 10 jobs a month? Ask for a custom rate.

Pay per job
Same timing as retail: paid upfront, or for a Go-to-Market Build or AI Visibility a scoped estimate first, then 50% once the scope is agreed and 50% before handover. Each job is invoiced at your partner rate.

Send one job or fifty. Before your first job we confirm these partner terms in writing, so you have terms to show your own clients. Your rate is worked out each calendar month from the jobs you send.

We never contact, market to or sell to your clients directly. You own the relationship.

Client material is never shared, published or referenced without written consent. A mutual NDA is available on request.

Accuracy Commitment
If any factual claim in a paid, signed deliverable is not supported by its cited source, or is a factual error we should have caught, tell us within 30 days. We correct and re-sign it within 5 working days; if the correction changes the verdict, we redo it free; if we cannot fix it, you do not pay for that deliverable.

- Media buying, ad spend, or running outbound for your client.
- Monitoring after release. When the asset changes, run it again.

Contract and terms, in brief
- Who you contract with
- ThriveFinity (OPC) Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India (CIN U72900TN2020OPC137043). It signs the agreement and issues the invoice.
- Currency and tax
- Pay in GBP plus applicable taxes, or in INR plus 18% GST. Tax is shown at checkout or on the invoice.
- Who owns the work
- Once you have paid in full, the intellectual property in your deliverable is assigned to you. You can use, adapt and publish it without restriction.
- Confidentiality
- What you send us is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share or reference it without your consent, except where needed to deliver the work.
- Your data and AI tools
- Our systems run on Vercel (EEA data residency) and Hetzner (Germany). AI models run through named sub-processors bound by data processing terms. We never use your material to train AI models.
- Governing law
- For UK clients, the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales.
Questions about partnering with us
Which services can we white-label?
All four: Offer Validation (Build Verdict), Decision Brief, Go-to-Market Build and the AI line (AI Presence, AI Visibility and monthly AI Growth), all at partner rates. AI Entity Audit, Directory Listings and Reddit Marketing are available at retail. Mix them per client. Every job counts towards your monthly volume, and each client month of AI Growth counts as one job.
How does partner pricing work?
Count the jobs you send us in a calendar month, across all four services. Jobs 1–2 are at retail. From your 3rd job that month, it and the rest are 15% off; from your 6th, 25% off. Each job's rate is set when it's booked, so earlier jobs aren't re-priced. Sending more than 10 a month? Talk to us about a custom rate.
Will my client see ThriveFinity?
Only if you want them to. By default the deliverable carries your branding alone. For any job you can choose co-branded “Verified by ThriveFinity” instead.
Will you ever contact our clients?
No. We never contact, market to or sell to your clients directly. Everything comes to you first, and you decide what reaches your client.
How do we pay?
Per job, with the same timing as retail: Offer Validation, Decision Brief and AI Presence are paid upfront; a Go-to-Market Build or an AI Visibility starts with a scoped estimate, then 50% once the scope is agreed and 50% before handover; AI Growth is invoiced monthly. Each job is invoiced at your partner rate.
Is there a minimum? What terms do we work under?
No minimum. Before your first job we confirm the partner terms on this page in writing by email (branding, billing, confidentiality, non-solicit and the guarantee), so you have terms to show your own clients. See the partner terms.
How long does it take?
The same as retail: Offer Validation in 24 hours, Decision Brief with a 48-hour target, a 10-day delivery window for a Go-to-Market Build, 5 working days for AI Presence, and 10 working days for an AI Visibility, re-tested at day 30.
What does the verification actually check?
Each headline claim is checked against named, dated sources and graded on an A–E evidence scale. Weak or unsupported claims come back rewritten with a citable source, and a named human re-checks the highest-impact claims before signing. It is not a legal or regulatory review.
