Intelligence You Can Sign Your Name To

Every deal you evaluate carries a claim about market size, traction, or competitive position. ThriveFinity traces every claim to a named, dated source — and a named verifier signs the report. Defensible in an IC memo. 48-hour target per deal.

The accountability gap

The Data Room Is Full. The Evidence Isn't.

Every Claim, Traced

We don't summarise decks. We trace each market-size, traction, and competitive claim to a primary source — named, dated, accessible. If it can't be traced, it's flagged.

A Name Behind It

Every report is signed by a named verifier. Not a model, not "AI-generated". A person accountable for the findings — the same accountability you demand from the founders you back.

48 Hours, Not 4 Weeks

Four verified intelligence pillars — market, audience, competitive, trend — on a 48-hour target from intake acceptance. Fast enough for live deal flow, rigorous enough for IC memos.

The deliverable

What the Report Contains

A signed PDF: the 7-block Decision Card on page one, four verified intelligence pillars behind it — each independently researched, each graded, one named verifier signing the whole.

01
Market Intelligence
TAM/SAM/SOM verified from primary industry sources. Growth rate sourced to named reports, not deck assumptions. Comparable market exits and benchmarks.
02
Audience & Demand Validation
Target customer segment verified against independent demand signals. ICP alignment stress-tested. Customer acquisition economics benchmarked.
03
Competitive Landscape
10–15 verified competitors mapped. Moat claims independently assessed. Positioning gaps and threats the founder may not have named.
04
Macro & Trend Signals
Regulatory, technology, and macro tailwinds and headwinds relevant to the thesis. Sector-specific risk flags.
05
QUAD Verdict + Adversarial Review
The Core Truth synthesis across all four pillars, then a 7-block Decision Card: recommendation, why, don’t, test-next, watch. Contested findings go through a Key Assumptions Check and pre-mortem; the objection stack is included. Named verifier sign-off.
06
Claim-by-Claim Table
Every headline claim from the deck or brief: verified, failed, or unverifiable — severity-rated, evidence cited, a rebuttal written for each failed claim. Verification is risk-based: decision-critical and high-impact claims are checked 100%, medium-impact claims are sampled at 30% or more, low-impact claims are spot-checked. For a full end-to-end deck verification, add the Assured Release Pack below.

How it works

From Deck to Signed Brief — a 48-Hour Target

1
You submit a brief or deck
Share the deal information — a deck, a data-room link, or a structured brief. We confirm scope at intake acceptance; that is when the 48-hour clock starts.
~15 minutes your time
2
AI research, four parallel pillars
Our intelligence pipeline runs market, audience, competitive, and trend research simultaneously across your target geographies — every source named, dated and graded.
Automated · ~4 hours
3
Adversarial review
Every pillar finding is challenged — Key Assumptions Check, pre-mortem, synthetic stakeholder objections. Contested findings are escalated to human review. The objection stack is included in the final report.
Automated + human QA gate
4
Named verifier signs off
The lead verifier reviews the full report, resolves escalated flags, and signs the PDF with their name and a SHA-256 document hash. The signature is the accountability guarantee.

Questions

Investor FAQs

What makes this different from a standard market research report?
Every claim is traced to a named, dated source. Every report is signed by a named verifier who stands behind it. We apply adversarial stress-testing — we try to break the thesis — not just corroborate it. The output is defensible in an IC memo, not just useful in a conversation.
Is this the same as Release Assurance?
Same Sentinel Method, different buyer and different question. Release Assurance answers a founder's question — can we safely put this in front of the room? Investor diligence answers yours — what should we believe before we commit? You receive the claim-by-claim results and ranked rebuttals as an independent party, and the report is addressed to you, not to the founder.
How long does investor diligence take?
A Decision Brief on a deal is a 48-hour target from intake acceptance. Deck verification (Assured Release Pack) is 3 business days; a data-room parity check (Assured Release Suite) is 5 business days. Capacity is capped at five Briefs accepted per week — a sixth is queued and its clock starts later — so tell us your deal cadence early for portfolio work.
What format is the deliverable?
A signed PDF. It carries the verifier's name, a unique report ID, and a verification hash. The Decision Card is page one; the evidence appendix and claim table sit behind it. Watermarked copies are available on request for LP or co-investor sharing.
Can we NDA the engagement?
Yes. A standard mutual NDA is available on any paid tier. For portfolio-level engagements we can work under a framework agreement with a single NDA covering all runs.
Is this financial advice?
No. ThriveFinity produces independent validation research — we verify claims, source evidence, and stress-test assumptions. We do not provide regulated investment advice, and nothing in our reports should be read as a recommendation to invest or not invest.
How do you handle proprietary founder data?
Founders submit via our encrypted intake. Data is processed only for the purpose of the engagement, held on EU infrastructure for 90 days by default, and deleted on request. We do not retain or share founder data beyond what is needed to produce the report. Full details in our privacy policy.
What if the report is wrong?
The 30-Day Honest Verdict Guarantee applies to every signed tier: if the report contains a single unsupported claim or factual error, tell us within 30 days and the fee is refunded in full — no questions asked. The correction is logged publicly on our errata page either way.
Can we white-label the reports?
Yes, for institutional clients under a framework agreement. The verifier's signature remains — that's the integrity guarantee — but the cover and branding can reflect your fund.
