Nine questions. One signed Decision Card.

Anything you attach here (pricing, analytics, CRM extracts, decks) is treated as confidential client material and never leaves your engagement’s run directory, is never used to train anything, and is never quoted in another client’s report. Every read of it by a model or a person is logged on the run manifest. It’s deleted 90 days after your Brief is delivered. A mutual NDA is available on request. Email om@thrivefinity.uk before submitting if you’d like one in place first.

Which AI models see it: Claude (Anthropic) does the research and drafting. Two independent reviewers on other providers then read the draft: an OpenAI model checks the evidence and a Google Gemini model red-teams the conclusions. Web research runs through Perplexity. All of these are reached through OpenRouter and listed on our Sub-processors page. Also allow other third-party models if a later step needs them (optional; leave unchecked to keep every other step on Claude).
