Not every platform fits every company. The scored audit on day 2 says which of the 15 to 20 places matter for you; the 10 we work on come from that list, agreed with you.

Five Working Days, Then a Day-30 Re-score

Fixed scope, fixed price. The day count pauses only while a platform is waiting on you or on its own review.

    Fact sheet

    A 30-minute call or a written form. We draft the fact sheet: legal name, trading name, founding date, people, products, prices, locations, identifiers. You sign it off.

  2. Day 2

    Scored audit

    We check the 15 to 20 places AI learns who you are and score each one: present or missing, right or wrong, linked or not. You get the ranked list.

  3. Days 2–4

    Create, claim, align

    Up to 10 profiles created or claimed in your name, each with your logo, description and links both ways. Where a platform needs you to verify, we send you the step and wait.

  4. Day 5

    Handover

    Credentials, the signed fact sheet, the audit with before scores and a short note on what each platform still needs from you. Named verifier.

  5. Day 30

    Re-score

    The same places scored again, plus what AI assistants now say about you, reported as observed. A one-page before-and-after.

What we need from you

  • The facts: names, dates, people, products, prices and locations, and the records that back them
  • Your logo files and a short approved description
  • Access to any profiles you already own, or permission to claim them
  • One person who can complete a verification step when a platform sends one (a code, a document, a phone call)

Our rules

What We Never Do

The fix only works if every profile is true. These four rules are not negotiable, and they are why a named verifier signs the fact sheet.

No fake reviews

We never write, buy or seed reviews. Review-site profiles are claimed and aligned; what customers write there is theirs.

No invented clients or history

Every client name, date, number and award on the fact sheet comes from you and is checked against a record. If it cannot be checked, it is left out.

No promises about AI answers

We cannot make an AI assistant say anything. We fix what it learns from, re-score at day 30 and report any change as observed.

No accounts kept from you

Every profile is created in your name, with your email where the platform allows it. Credentials are handed over at day 5.

Questions About AI Presence

What is AI Presence?
A fixed-scope service that fixes what AI assistants and the web say about your company. You get a signed fact sheet, a scored audit of the 15 to 20 places AI learns who you are, and up to 10 profiles created or claimed and aligned in your name, with a day-30 re-score. It costs £849 (₹64,999) plus applicable taxes and takes 5 working days.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every profile is created in your company's name and, where the platform allows, on your email address. Where we must use ours to start, ownership is transferred and the credentials handed to you at day 5. We keep no access after handover unless you ask us to.
What do we need to give you?
The facts and the records that back them, your logo and a short description, access to any profiles you already own, and one person who can complete a verification step when a platform sends one.
What if a platform needs us to verify?
Some platforms (Google Business Profile is the usual one) only accept verification from the business itself: a postcard, a video call or a document. We prepare everything, send you the exact step and wait for you. The day count pauses while a platform is waiting on you or on its own review, and the handover note lists anything still open.
Does this change what AI says about us?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. AI assistants refresh their sources on their own schedule. What we do is make the places they learn from say one true story, then re-score the same places at day 30 and report any change in AI answers as observed.
How is this different from the AI Visibility service?
AI Presence is days 1 to 4 of the AI Visibility, sold on its own. The AI Visibility adds the 100 to 150 buyer-question diagnosis, the Agent Readiness test, fixes to your 10 highest-value pages and 5 content briefs, in 10 working days. If you book the AI Visibility service within 30 days, the full AI Presence fee is credited.
Will you write reviews or add clients we have not had?
No. We never write, buy or seed reviews, and every client, date or number on the fact sheet must be backed by a record. If it cannot be checked, it is left out.
How do I pay?
Fixed price, one-time, plus applicable taxes for your billing country. Send the form below; we confirm your fact sheet details and send your quote and invoice within one business day. Work starts when the invoice is paid. Businesses billed outside India can pay by bank transfer in GBP with 3% off.
Is the report signed?
Yes. The fact sheet, the audit and the day-30 re-score are signed by a named verifier and carry the Accuracy Commitment: a factual error or unsupported claim in a signed report, or a wrong fact on a profile we created, is corrected within 5 working days; if it cannot be corrected, the fee is refunded or credited.
