Terms & Conditions
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between THRIVEFINITY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and you, the business purchasing or using our services. Our paid services are for business customers only.
Parties
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between THRIVEFINITY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“ThriveFinity”, “we”, “us”), a One Person Company incorporated in India (CIN: U72900TN2020OPC137043, GSTIN: 33AAICT0116B1Z3, MSME: UDYAM-TN-02-0006768) with its registered address at No. 115, Pilliyer Koil Street, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106, India, and you, the business or organisation purchasing or using our services (“Client”, “you”).
Business customers only
All paid services are sold only to businesses and organisations, for business purposes. They are not available to consumers. By placing a paid order you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business, and that the person placing the order is authorised to do so.
By placing an order or submitting an intake brief, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a binding contract under the law set out in section 10.
Services
ThriveFinity offers the following services:
Offer Validation
Will this offer sell? Answers: Go, Go With Conditions, Change Course, Stop or Wait. Two tiers: Offer Signal (free, AI-generated and unsigned) and Build Verdict (signed by a named verifier). The AI-only, unsigned paid tier is paused for new orders from 4 October 2026; orders placed before then keep the terms that applied when they were placed.
Release Assurance
Cited, human-signed review of the claims in a deck, page or launch. Free entry point (First Signal) plus two paid tiers: Release Assurance Pack (3 business days) and Release Assurance Suite (5 business days), each signed by a named verifier, with an NDA on request.
Decision Brief
One consequential decision, one client-selected focus area, and a Decision Card signed by a named verifier. One paid tier (48-hour target); no free tier.
Go-to-Market Build
A single named-verifier build covering positioning, messaging, a 5-page website, a 20-slide sales deck and a 3-email sequence. Free entry point (First Signal); one paid tier (scoped estimate within one business day, 50% advance once the scope is agreed, 50% before handover), with optional scoped add-ons.
AI Visibility
How AI assistants describe and recommend your business. Free entry point: the AI Visibility Signal (AI-generated, unsigned). Paid work, signed by a named verifier and agreed by written proposal: the AI Visibility Diagnostic, the AI Search Readiness Retrofit (fixed scope, re-tested at day 30), the AI Visibility Retainer (monthly, available after the Retrofit) and the Quarterly Re-measurement. ThriveFinity does not promise any citation, ranking, recommendation, traffic or revenue from any AI system or search engine; visibility is reported as a rate over repeated runs.

Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed via our online intake form. For paid tiers (Build Verdict £149₹6,999$199€179AED 749, Release Assurance Pack £699₹29,999$949€849AED 3,499, Release Assurance Suite £1,749₹69,999$2,349€2,049AED 8,599, Decision Brief £749₹29,999$999€899AED 3,699, Go-to-Market Build from £3,999from ₹2,99,999from $5,299from €4,699from AED 19,499, plus scoped add-ons), payment is processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited. For report-based tiers, a secure payment link is issued within 5 minutes of brief submission. The Go-to-Market Build is not paid at checkout: after intake we send a scoped estimate within one business day; once you agree the scope we send a payment link for the 50% advance, and work starts when it is paid; the remaining 50% is due before handover.
All prices exclude tax: GBP prices are shown plus applicable taxes, and INR prices plus 18% GST. Where VAT or GST is applicable under UK, EU, or Indian law, it will be added at the prevailing rate and shown at checkout or on the invoice. ThriveFinity reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
AI Visibility paid work is agreed by written proposal and invoiced rather than ordered through the intake form: the AI Search Readiness Retrofit (from £1,950from ₹1,49,999from $2,599from €2,299from AED 9,599) follows the same steps as the Go-to-Market Build: a scoped estimate within one business day, a payment link for the 50% advance once the scope is agreed, and the remaining 50% before handover; the AI Visibility Retainer (from £1,950/mofrom ₹1,49,999/mofrom $2,599/mofrom €2,299/mofrom AED 9,599/mo) is invoiced monthly; the Diagnostic (£495₹37,999$649€599AED 2,449) and Quarterly Re-measurement (£595₹45,999$799€699AED 2,899) are invoiced on order. The Diagnostic fee is credited in full to a Retrofit booked within 30 days.
AI Visibility Retainer term. The Retainer has a minimum term of 3 months from its start date. After that it continues month to month until ended by 30 days’ written notice. Work approved for the month in progress is completed and delivered. Each month covers the allowance stated in the proposal; work beyond it is quoted separately. There is no self-serve or automatically charged subscription.
International bank transfer. Clients billed outside India may pay any paid service (including AI Visibility invoices and both parts of a Go-to-Market Build or AI Search Readiness Retrofit) by bank transfer instead of card, in the currency of their billing country (GBP, USD, EUR or AED), and receive 3% off the amount due (applied after any other discount). The amount is billed in that currency; the work starts once the transfer has arrived. Clients billed in India pay through Razorpay (UPI, card or net banking).
Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Delivery Timelines
- Free gates (Offer Signal, First Signal, AI Visibility Signal): report typically delivered in under 1 hour of form submission; occasionally longer at busy periods.
- Build Verdict: full report delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation (target; we notify you if a brief needs longer). Orders of the paused AI-only tier placed before 4 October 2026 are delivered within the 2-hour turnaround stated at the time of order.
- Release Assurance Pack: delivered within 3 business days of receipt of all required materials.
- Release Assurance Suite: delivered within 5 business days of receipt of all required materials.
- Decision Brief: signed Decision Card delivered within 48 hours of intake acceptance (target; we notify you if a brief needs longer).
- Go-to-Market Build: delivered within a 10-day window from the agreed scope and the paid 50% advance; exact dates agreed per mission at scoping.
- AI Visibility Diagnostic: delivered within 3 working days of kickoff.
- AI Search Readiness Retrofit: delivered within 10 working days of kickoff, provided the access and approvals listed in the proposal are in place; the re-test runs 30 days after delivery.
- AI Visibility Retainer: a monthly cycle (plan, work, publish, report), with a re-audit every third month.
- Quarterly Re-measurement: delivered within 5 working days of each quarterly run.
Timelines commence upon receipt of all materials specified in the intake confirmation. ThriveFinity will notify you promptly if unforeseen circumstances require an extension.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ThriveFinity assigns to you all intellectual property rights in the specific written output delivered to you (the “Deliverable”). You may use, adapt, and publish the Deliverable without restriction.
ThriveFinity retains all intellectual property rights in its methodology, frameworks, scoring systems, templates, tools, and underlying systems used to produce the Deliverable. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to ThriveFinity’s proprietary processes.
Accuracy Commitment, Corrections and Cancellations
Every paid, human-signed Deliverable carries the Accuracy Commitment. If any factual claim in it is not supported by its cited source, or is a factual error we should have caught, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We correct and re-sign the Deliverable within 5 working days and log the correction on our errata page. If the correction changes the verdict or the headline recommendation, we redo the Deliverable at no charge. If we cannot substantiate or correct the claim, the fee for that Deliverable is refunded (capped at the fee paid) or, at your choice, credited to your next service. “Not supported” means not supported by the cited source as archived on the date shown; a factual error means one we should have caught from the sources available on the research date. Opinions, forecasts, recommendations and figures marked as estimates are judgements, not claims of fact. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes of any kind.
For delivered work (Go-to-Market Build, AI Search Readiness Retrofit) the scope is agreed in writing before the deposit is taken; anything that does not match the approved scope or brief and is reported within 30 days of handover is fixed at no charge, while preference changes are change requests quoted separately. If a published turnaround will be missed, we tell you before the deadline and you may cancel that Deliverable for a full refund before it is delivered. Free-tier outputs (Offer Signal, First Signal, AI Visibility Signal) carry no monetary remedy as no payment is taken. Orders placed before 17 October 2026 keep the 30-Day Honest Verdict Guarantee terms that applied when they were placed. Limitation of Liability
All Deliverables represent professional opinions based on information available at the time of research. They are not regulated financial advice, regulated legal advice, regulated medical advice, or investment recommendations. You should seek qualified professional advice before making material business, investment, or legal decisions. AI Visibility work changes what AI systems and search engines can read about you; how those third-party systems respond is outside ThriveFinity’s control, and no citation, ranking, recommendation, traffic or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Important notice
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThriveFinity’s total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service. ThriveFinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses. This limitation applies to claims arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
AI Disclosure
ThriveFinity uses artificial intelligence tools in the research and drafting of Deliverables. Disclosure-aligned (not a certification) with the transparency obligations of Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), which we apply to every Deliverable whether or not a given output falls within that Article’s scope (there is currently no equivalent UK statutory duty), every paid Deliverable includes an explicit disclosure of AI involvement, specifying the AI system used, the date range of data retrieval, and the name of the human verifier who reviewed and approved the output.
No paid Deliverable is published without human review and sign-off. Our free-tier gates (Offer Signal, First Signal, AI Visibility Signal) are AI-automated and clearly labelled as such. See our AI Transparency page for full details of our AI use policy.
Confidentiality
ThriveFinity treats all materials submitted by Clients as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or reference your materials to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services (e.g., passing encrypted documents to our secure hosting provider). This obligation survives termination of the service engagement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Clients based in the United Kingdom: these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Clients based in India: these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Clients based elsewhere: these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
A Client’s base is the country of the billing address given at checkout. Before going to court, we ask you to use our complaints procedure so we can try to resolve the matter first.
Not Financial or Investment Advice
ThriveFinity provides independent validation research. Our reports, verdicts, and scores are research outputs. They are not regulated financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice, and should not be construed as a recommendation to invest in, acquire, or divest any security, company, or asset. ThriveFinity is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any equivalent body. Clients and readers should obtain independent regulated professional advice before making any financial or business decision.
All verdicts (Go, Go With Conditions, Change Course, Stop, Wait) reflect the analyst's evidence assessment at the time of the report. They are research conclusions, not guarantees of outcome.
Amendments and Contact
ThriveFinity may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will provide 30 days’ advance notice to active clients by email.
