Questions About Reddit Marketing

What is Reddit Marketing?
Being present, honestly and by name, in the Reddit communities where your buyers ask about your category, and having that presence run for you. It starts with a Reddit Playbook (£449 plus applicable taxes, 5 working days): the subreddit map, the questions buyers ask, each community's rules, a tone guide and a 90-day plan. Then Reddit Presence runs it: weekly drafts reviewed by ThriveFinity, approved by you, posted and monitored, with a monthly report.
Who posts?
Posts go out from accounts in your company's name. You approve every draft before it is posted; nothing goes out that you have not seen. Account setup and growth is handed over to you, with credentials.
What happens if a moderator removes a post?
We log it, read the rule it broke, and either rewrite the post for that community or move it to one where it fits. Removals, and what we did about them, are in the monthly report. We never argue with moderators on your behalf and never repost removed content unchanged. A post removed within 7 days is replaced once at no charge.
What do you commit to?
Monthly services: you receive the agreed number of posts, comments or reports each month; any shortfall is made up the next month or credited pro rata. Subreddit Setup: anything that does not match the agreed scope is fixed free within 30 days of handover. The Playbook carries the Accuracy Commitment: a factual error in it is corrected within 5 working days, or the fee is refunded or credited. We cannot promise votes, rankings, reach, leads, or what moderators or Reddit do with accounts.
How long before anything shows?
Posting starts in week 2, once the Playbook is approved. What those threads do for enquiries or for AI answers varies by community and topic, and is outside anyone's control. We report what we observe each month (mentions, replies, enquiries you attribute to Reddit, AI citations seen) and do not promise rankings, AI citations or revenue.
What are the term and notice?
Monthly services (Presence, Monitoring, Threads, Ads management, Account Setup, the Bundle and the Reddit Authority add-on) have a 3-month minimum, then roll monthly with 30 days' written notice. The Reddit Bundle is 10% off on a 3-month term and 25% off on a 6-month term. Work already approved for the current month is completed and delivered.
Is ad spend included in Reddit Ads?
No. Reddit bills ad spend to your own account. Our fee covers set-up, targeting, creatives, tracking and the monthly report.
Will you write fake reviews or pretend to be a customer?
No. Every post is in your name or clearly from someone working for you. We do not write reviews, run sock-puppet accounts or vote on our own posts. If a community does not allow vendors, we do not post there.
Can I add Reddit to my AI Growth?
Yes. The Reddit Authority add-on (£749/mo a month plus applicable taxes, 3-month minimum) runs Reddit Presence alongside the AI Growth's monthly cycle, in the same report.
Do you write Wikipedia pages?
We write and submit sourced, neutral encyclopaedia-style pages for a company or a person, to the notability and citation standards of the target wiki. Whether a page is published is decided by that wiki's community, not by us, and we do not promise publication or that a page stays up. If a draft is declined, one revision and resubmission is included. If the sources do not meet the standard, we tell you before you pay.
