Common questions

What is the difference between PRISM and Sentinel?
PRISM validates startup ideas before you build — it applies 12 lenses and issues a GO / KILL / PIVOT / CONDITIONAL GO / DEFER verdict on whether the idea itself is viable. Sentinel verifies the claims inside an existing pitch deck before investor meetings — it cross-references your assertions against primary sources and issues a claim-by-claim status with rebuttal scaffolding. If you have an idea, use PRISM. If you have a deck, use Sentinel.
Can I start free and upgrade?
Yes. Pulse (PRISM) and Teardown (Sentinel) are full free products — not trials. Your brief carries over when you upgrade. Many clients start with a free verdict to experience the methodology, then upgrade to Pro or Audit once they've seen the rigour in action.
How fast are paid verdicts delivered?
PRISM Pro and Sentinel Audit are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. PRISM Ultra and Sentinel Council within 48 hours. Free Teardowns are typically within 72 hours. All paid tiers carry an SLA and a 30-day guarantee: if the verdict doesn't surface at least three material risks you didn't have written down, full refund.
What happens after I submit?
For free tiers: you'll receive your verdict by email within the stated window. For paid tiers: after submitting your brief, you receive a secure payment link within 5 minutes. The delivery clock starts on payment confirmation. You'll receive a branded confirmation email with timeline and delivery expectations.
