Hashmeta suits a Singapore B2B company that wants AI search run as a year-long programme by a regional agency, with a large monthly content output, its own tracking software and social and creator marketing across Southeast Asia on the same team. ThriveFinity, which is us, suits a company that wants AI search bought as one defined job: a baseline on a fixed list of buyer questions, a set of page fixes and a re-test of the same questions at day 30, with no 12-month contract. Both firms publish prices, so you can compare them before speaking to either.
We're a one-person company registered in Chennai, India, and we serve B2B companies in the UK, Singapore and elsewhere. Hashmeta is headquartered in Singapore. That difference matters if you want a team you can meet in person, and I've said so in the section on when Hashmeta is the better choice.
Facts about Hashmeta come from its two websites, hashmeta.com and hashmeta.ai, as published on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check its site before you decide. We have a commercial interest in this comparison and we're not affiliated with Hashmeta. Where its pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.
A Regional Retainer or a Fixed Project
The two firms differ most in the shape of the engagement. Hashmeta sells a managed programme with a 12-month minimum, and we sell a project with a fixed scope and an optional monthly plan afterwards.
Hashmeta describes itself on its homepage as "AI Visibility Management for Brands in Asia", and says it helps brands grow their visibility across AI search, Google, social media and creators. Its menu runs from SEO, GEO and AEO to Xiaohongshu and TikTok marketing, influencer programmes, content, web development, and two pieces of software, an AI CMS and an AI CRM. The footer names the company as Hashmeta Pte Ltd, with a Singapore office at Kallang Place and offices in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur.
Its second site, hashmeta.ai, is run by Hashmeta AI Pte Ltd and describes itself as part of Hashmeta. It sells the AI search services (GEO, AEO, AI Shopping, SEO, content strategy and digital PR) alongside a platform that measures AI visibility, citations and competitors.
ThriveFinity sells AI search optimisation (GEO) as defined pieces of work. There's a free Signal, a fixed-price AI Presence, an AI Visibility project priced by a scoped estimate, and an optional monthly AI Growth plan. A named verifier signs every paid report. We don't run social media, creators, paid ads or software subscriptions.
So the first question is whether you want one partner for AI search, social and content across the region, or a specialist job on AI search alone.
Side-by-Side Comparison
The table lines up what each firm publishes on the same twelve points. Hashmeta's column quotes or summarises its own pages as they read on 31 October 2026.

"Not published" means the pages we checked didn't say. Hashmeta's prices are in its own currencies and haven't been converted. Our prices exclude applicable taxes and follow our published pricing, which bills companies outside the UK, the eurozone, the UAE and India in US dollars.
What Hashmeta Publishes About Its GEO Work
Hashmeta publishes its retainer prices and output, which makes a fair comparison easier. Its pricing page sets out three managed retainers in US dollars, each with a 12-month minimum.
- Package C, US$1,500 a month: three AI tools monitored (ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews), 20 buying prompts mapped, a monthly performance report and a quarterly strategy review.
- Package B, US$5,000 a month: five AI tools (it adds Claude and Gemini), 50 buying prompts, a report every two weeks and a monthly review.
- Package A, US$10,000 a month: five or more AI tools, 100 or more buying prompts, a weekly report and a review every two weeks.
The same page lists content output as 12-month totals. Package C, for example, includes 360 AI-optimised articles, 36 programmatic pages and 10 existing pages rebuilt answer-first over the year. Package A goes up to 3,000 articles. So the larger packages are, to a large extent, content programmes, and you'll want to know who writes and checks that volume.
Two details on that page are worth raising with Hashmeta. The page carried a draft-for-review notice when we checked, saying some figures still needed sign-off. And its header says every tier tracks Gemini and Perplexity, while the Package C column names only ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. Neither is unusual on a page that's being updated. Both are reasons to get the package you're buying in writing.
Its GEO service page describes a three-step process: assessment, transformation and monitoring. The deliverables it lists are an AI visibility audit, content optimisation, technical work on schema and AI crawler access, citation monitoring and E-E-A-T work. The page says initial improvements usually show "within 30 days" and that citations typically begin appearing within 60 to 90 days. Those are Hashmeta's own expectations, and I haven't tested them.
The technical items match what Google says matters for its own AI features. Google's guidance is short on this point:
There are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, nor other special optimizations necessary.
That's about Google's own surfaces only. ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity choose sources in their own ways, which is why every serious provider tests them separately.
How Each One Measures Results
Both firms report results as rates across repeated answers, which is the right starting point. The differences are in how many questions, how many runs and whether the before and after use the same set.
AI tools rarely give the same answer twice. In January 2026, SparkToro and Gumshoe had 600 volunteers run 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI a combined 2,961 times. Rand Fishkin reported a chance of less than 1 in 100 that ChatGPT or Google's AI would return the same list of brands in any two responses. Getting the same list in the same order was rarer still. So one run of a question tells you very little.
Hashmeta's AI visibility platform page handles this by collecting several answers per prompt, typically four, and reporting rates such as mentioned in 2 of 4. It tracks mention rate, citation rate, share of voice against competitors, the pages AI tools cite and the sites that get cited instead of you. Its headline score, BAVIS, runs from 0 to 100 and, per the hashmeta.ai homepage, weights citation frequency at 30%, citation position at 25%, and platform breadth, sentiment and accuracy at 15% each. The platform page doesn't say how often the prompts are re-run, and its banner and FAQ disagree on whether Google AI Overviews is tracked as its own engine. Ask which applies to your package.
We ask each of 100 to 150 buyer questions 3 times in each of five AI tools, against 3 to 5 named competitors, then run exactly the same set again at day 30. The free Signal uses 12 questions across four tools. I go through the maths of turning answers into a share in measuring AI share of voice.
To show what a rate looks like in practice, here's our own test from the day this page was written. We asked four AI tools the same buyer question three times each.

Twelve answers is a small sample, and a different question or a different week would give different counts. It does show why a single screenshot of one answer proves nothing, for us or for anyone else.
When Hashmeta Is the Better Choice
Hashmeta is the better choice when AI search is one part of a wider regional marketing programme and you want one team in Singapore to run it for a year or more. These are the situations where I'd point you there rather than to us.
- You sell across Southeast Asia or into China. Hashmeta lists offices in Singapore and Malaysia, links to the Philippines, China, Indonesia and Vietnam, and runs Xiaohongshu marketing. We cover none of that.
- You want social, creator and influencer marketing on the same team as AI search. Its menu includes TikTok, influencer and KOL programmes. We don't run social channels.
- You want a high volume of content written for you. Its retainers include hundreds or thousands of articles and programmatic pages over a year. Our AI Visibility project writes briefs for new pages and leaves the writing to you.
- You want software you can log in to. Hashmeta AI offers a platform with mention and citation tracking, and an AI CMS from US$20 a month (from US$240 for plans with AI generation) with a free trial. We deliver signed reports and don't sell a software subscription.
- You want a local team you can meet. Hashmeta is headquartered in Singapore. We work remotely from India.
- You're ready to commit for a year. A 12-month term gives a content programme time to run, and Hashmeta's GEO page says full AI authority usually takes up to six months.
The trade-off is the commitment. A 12-month minimum on US$1,500 to US$10,000 a month is a large decision if you haven't yet measured where you stand. Hashmeta's $0 baseline audit is there for that, and so is our free Signal. Take one or both before you sign anything.
Questions to Ask Any Provider
Ask Hashmeta, us and anyone else on your list the same questions, and get the answers in writing. Google's page on whether you need an SEO, updated in June 2026, now says to check whether advice on AEO or GEO services is aligned with its official guidance. It also suggests asking what results to expect "and in what timeframe", and whether the provider will share every change made to your site.
- Which buyer questions will you track, and can I see the full list before we start?
- Which AI tools do you test, how many times do you run each question, and how often?
- Will the re-test use exactly the same questions and settings as the baseline?
- Who writes the content, who checks it for accuracy, and can I approve it before it goes live?
- What's the total cost over the minimum term, and what happens if I want to stop early?
- If you offer a guarantee, what are the written conditions and how is a refund worked out?
- What happens if a report contains a factual error?
The longer version, with red flags, is in our GEO agency buyer's guide. If you'd like to test where you stand on your own first, my guide to running an AI visibility check shows how in an afternoon.
How We Wrote This Comparison
This page names a competitor, so advertising rules apply to it. Section 3 of the UK CAP Code says a comparison must "compare products meeting the same needs or intended for the same purpose", and rule 3.34 asks for an objective comparison of material, relevant, verifiable and representative features. Regulation 4 of the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 sets the same conditions and bars comparisons that discredit or denigrate a competitor. We follow those rules on every comparison, whichever market it's written for.
So every fact about Hashmeta links to the page it came from and is dated 31 October 2026. I haven't repeated its client results, awards, ratings or testimonials, because I can't verify them and quoting them would only repeat its marketing. Its About page returned an error when we tried it, so the table doesn't use it.
Why Hashmeta? When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity best AI visibility agencies in Singapore three times each on 31 October 2026, Hashmeta was named in 4 of 12 answers. That count tells you an AI tool might put Hashmeta on your shortlist. It doesn't rank its quality, and ThriveFinity wasn't named at all.

Where ThriveFinity Fits
We fit when you want AI search work as a defined job with a known price and a measured before and after. Every price below is shown in GBP and USD, and a Singapore business is billed in USD.
- AI Presence Signal (free, under an hour): 12 buyer questions across GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, scored 0 to 100. It's automated and unsigned, and you can run the free AI Presence Signal now.
- AI Presence (£849 (US$1,099), 5 working days): a signed fact sheet, a scored audit of the places AI tools learn who you are and up to 10 profiles created or claimed, credited in full to AI Visibility if you book it within 30 days.
- AI Visibility (from £2,250 (US$2,949), 10 working days): 100 to 150 buyer questions across five AI tools, your 10 highest-value pages fixed, 5 briefs for new pages and a re-test at day 30. Signed by a named verifier.
- AI Growth (from £2,250 (US$2,949) a month) or Quarterly Re-measurement (£595 (US$799)): after AI Visibility, if you want ongoing work or tracking. AI Growth has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
We're not the right choice if you need social, creator or China-market work, a large monthly content output, a software platform you log in to or a team in Singapore. Hashmeta will serve you better there. We don't buy links or placements, and we won't promise that any AI tool will name you. Our sample AI visibility report shows what you'd get, and every comparison we've written is on the comparisons hub.
