When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity for the best AI visibility agencies in Singapore three times each on 31 October 2026, the firm named most often was OOm, in 7 of 12 answers. Canlah AI and MediaPlus Digital were named in 6, First Page Digital and Heroes of Digital in 5, Hashmeta in 4 and Stridec in 3. ThriveFinity, which is us, wasn't named at all. Below, each of those firms is lined up on what its own website says about its base, what it sells for AI search and what it publishes about price, so you can build a shortlist before you book any calls.

A count of mentions isn't a measure of quality. It tells you who a buyer is likely to hear about when they ask an AI tool. That's a fair place to start a shortlist and a poor place to end one.

Facts about each firm come from its own website, as published on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check each site before you decide. We sell AI search work ourselves, so we have a commercial interest in this page, and we're not affiliated with any firm on it. Where a firm's pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.

The Firms AI Tools Named for Singapore

The table covers the seven firms named most often in our Singapore test, plus us. Six have a fuller one-to-one comparison with us, linked in the last column. Heroes of Digital doesn't have one yet.

AI Presence £849. AI Visibility from £2,250. AI Growth from £2,250 a month This is us

"Not published" means the pages we checked didn't say. Each firm's prices are shown in the currency it publishes, and none has been converted. Our prices are shown in GBP, as on our pricing page, plus applicable taxes. That page also lists set USD prices, and businesses billed in Singapore pay in USD.

Singapore is different from the other markets we tested in one useful way: four of the seven publish prices. Stridec lists three monthly plans in Singapore dollars. Hashmeta's pricing page lists three managed retainers in US dollars. Canlah AI lists two plans from $1,500 and $3,000 a month without saying which dollar. MediaPlus Digital gives indicative starting points and says a written proposal confirms the price.

The other three, OOm, First Page Digital and Heroes of Digital, are full-service agencies whose AI search work sits beside paid media, social and web design. None of them publishes a GEO price on the pages we checked.

One more pattern is worth knowing. Canlah AI's site was the most-cited source in our Singapore answers, cited 17 times. When an AI tool's list of agencies leans on one agency's own pages, that list deserves a second look. That's my view of how to read the result, not something the test measured.

How to Choose an AI Visibility Agency in Singapore

Start with the shape of help you want, then compare published plans like for like. Here's how I'd work through it.

Decide between a programme and a job

If you want one agency to run search, ads, social and your website, the full-service firms fit. OOm's GEO page lists a keyword audit, LLM content optimisation, AI citation strategy and structured data, and the agency also sells paid media and web design. First Page Digital calls itself an answer engine optimisation agency offering GEO, and tracks results with its own NexSEO tool. Heroes of Digital describes itself as a performance marketing agency, with an AI SEO and GEO service tracked in its HeroIQ platform.

If you want AI search as a defined piece of work your team then carries forward, look for a fixed scope and a fixed set of buyer questions measured before and after. That's how we sell it.

Compare what each plan includes

Published prices make comparison easier, but the plans aren't the same size. Canlah AI's Starter tracks 4 buyer questions in ChatGPT only. Its Full plan tracks 16 across four Google and OpenAI surfaces. Stridec's Starter covers one channel, either Google's AI Overviews and Gemini or ChatGPT, and its top plan adds Claude. Hashmeta's packages map 20, 50 or 100+ buying prompts. Line up the number of questions and the AI tools per plan before you compare monthly fees.

Check the term and the guarantee wording

Terms vary a lot. Hashmeta's pricing page gives a 12-month minimum for managed retainers. Stridec's says monthly and cancel anytime. The others don't publish a term on the pages we checked. Guarantees vary too. OOm offers a Rank or 3 Months Free guarantee to businesses that qualify on its readiness assessment: rank in AI search within an agreed timeframe, or the next three months are free. Canlah AI commits in writing that AI will name you at least 30% more often than at your starting baseline. MediaPlus Digital takes the opposite line. Its AI SEO page says "No agency controls which brands an AI platform mentions or which pages it cites."

None of these is wrong to offer. What matters is that you read the terms, including what counts as ranking or as more often, and how it's measured.

Ask how results are measured

AI tools rarely give the same answer twice. In January 2026, SparkToro reported that 600 volunteers ran 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI a combined 2,961 times. Rand Fishkin found a less than 1 in 100 chance that ChatGPT or Google's AI would give the same list of brands in any two responses. So one screenshot proves very little. Ask for a rate, such as named in 7 of 12 runs, measured the same way before and after.

Size the search demand

DataForSEO estimated about 140 monthly Google searches in Singapore for ai seo agency, about 140 for geo agency and about 50 for GEO (estimated monthly searches, DataForSEO, 31 October 2026). Its AI search volume estimate for chatgpt seo was 26. The sites ranking for our seed terms included Hashmeta, MediaPlus and First Page Digital, alongside YouTube. That's small but real demand, and local agencies already rank for it.

Questions to Ask Any Provider

Ask every firm on your list the same questions and get the answers in writing. Google's page on hiring search help has a line written for this purchase:

If they have advice on optimizing for AI experiences (also known as "AEO" "GEO" services), is their advice aligned with Google Search's official guidance on optimizing for generative AI features?

Google Search Central · Do you need an SEO?

Then add the questions specific to AI search:

  1. Which buyer questions will you track, and can I see the full list before we start?
  2. Which AI tools are on my plan, and how many times do you run each question?
  3. When is the re-test, and does it use exactly the same questions and settings as the baseline?
  4. What will you change on my site, what will you do off it, and who does each piece of work?
  5. What's the monthly fee, in which currency, with what minimum term and notice period?
  6. If there's a guarantee, what exactly counts as success, and who measures it?
  7. What happens if a report contains a factual error?

The longer list, with red flags, is in our GEO agency buyer's guide. Before any call, take a baseline of your own. My guide to running an AI visibility check shows how in an afternoon, and it gives you something to hold each agency's numbers against.

What Our AI-Answer Test Is and Isn’t

The test is a small, dated count of which firms four AI tools named when asked one buyer question about Singapore. It's useful for building a shortlist and nothing more. The full method is on our methodology page.

On 31 October 2026 we sent the English prompt best AI visibility agencies in Singapore through DataForSEO to four models: GPT (gpt-5.4-mini), Claude (claude-haiku-5-5), Gemini (gemini-3.5-flash) and Perplexity (sonar). Each was asked three times, which gave 12 answers. A script pulled out the firm names, mostly from the bold items in each answer's list, and counted how many answers named each firm. OOm's count joins two spellings, OOm and OOm Singapore.

Source: ThriveFinity AI-answer test via DataForSEO, method on this page, 31 October 2026. A count of answers that named each firm, not a measure of quality. Chart by ThriveFinity.

Two more firms, MediaOne and Digitrio, were named at least 3 times, but our notes don't hold their exact counts, so they're not in the chart or the table. Both list GEO services on their own homepages.

Here's what the test isn't. It isn't a ranking of quality, results or value for money, and nothing on this page should be read that way. It isn't a large sample: 12 answers on one day. It doesn't show what you'd see signed in to the consumer apps, which can use different models and your own history. And the name extraction is automatic, so it can miss a firm written in plain text or split one firm across two spellings.

Repeats matter more than they look. In the UK run of the same test that day, two answers from the same model to the same question often shared few firms. The overlap between Gemini's repeats was zero, and ChatGPT's ranged from 0.20 to 0.43. That's why we report counts across repeats and don't rely on any single answer.

We also asked who can help a B2B startup in Singapore with its go-to-market strategy. Nila Studios was named in 6 of 12 answers. It's a B2B content agency with a go-to-market strategy service rather than an AI search agency, so it isn't in the table. Our Nila Studios comparison covers it.

We report our own result too. ThriveFinity was named in 0 of 12 answers to the Singapore question, and in 0 of 96 answers across our four non-UK markets (the US, the UAE, Europe and Singapore). In the UK we were named once in 36. Keep that in mind when you weigh anything we say about AI search, this page included.

Where ThriveFinity Fits

We fit a Singapore B2B company that wants AI search handled as a defined job in English, with a published starting price and a measured before and after. Every price below comes from our published pricing, in GBP.

  • AI Presence Signal (free, under an hour): 12 buyer questions across GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, scored 0 to 100. It's automated and unsigned, and you can run the free AI Presence Signal today.
  • AI Presence (£849, 5 working days): a signed fact sheet, a scored audit of the places AI tools learn who you are, and up to 10 profiles created or aligned, with a re-score at day 30.
  • AI Visibility (from £2,250, 10 working days): 100 to 150 buyer questions, each asked 3 times in each of five AI tools, against 3 to 5 named competitors. Your 10 highest-value pages fixed, 5 briefs for new pages and a re-test at day 30. You can see the format in our sample AI visibility report.
  • AI Growth (from £2,250 a month) or Quarterly Re-measurement (£595): after AI Visibility, if you want ongoing work or tracking. AI Growth has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.

We're not the right choice if you need paid media, a new website, social or Xiaohongshu marketing, work in Chinese, or a supplier with a Singapore office. One of the agencies above will serve you better there. And we won't promise that any AI tool will name you. The test on this page shows why nobody honestly can.

Every firm we've compared ourselves with, in Singapore and elsewhere, is listed on the comparisons hub.
