OOm suits a company that wants AI search added to a monthly SEO and paid advertising retainer, run by a Singapore agency that has been trading since 2006 and has its own reporting platform. ThriveFinity, which is us, suits a B2B company that wants AI search as a separate, priced job: a diagnosis of 100 to 150 buyer questions across five AI tools, fixes to its own pages and a re-test at day 30. They differ most on the shape of the commitment, what each guarantees and how much each publishes about method and price.
Google's page on whether you need an SEO, last updated in June 2026, tells you to ask anyone selling AEO or GEO services whether their advice lines up with Google's own guidance. Ask both firms, us included.
Facts about OOm come from its own website, as published on 31 October 2026. Services, prices and terms change, so check its site before you decide. OOm's homepage also warns that someone has been impersonating it by email, so use the contact details on its own site. We have a commercial interest in this comparison and we're not affiliated with OOm. Where its pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.
A Retainer Agency or a Fixed-Scope Studio
Both firms sell generative engine optimisation, or GEO: the work of getting a business found, described and recommended in AI answers. They package it very differently.
OOm's homepage says it was founded in 2006, and its agency page describes it as a full service digital marketing agency in Singapore. The footer names the company as OOm Pte Ltd, registration 200617554M, at 1 Grange Road in the Orchard Building. The agency page lists an office in Quezon City run by OOm Philippines Inc, and says it has expanded to the Philippines, China and Hong Kong. It gives a ratio of 3 in-house staff to each client account, but no headcount.
GEO is one of many services. The menu runs from Google, YouTube and ChatGPT ads to SEO, international SEO, social media, LinkedIn ads, web design, programmatic and WeChat marketing. It also has two tools of its own, SEOCloud and Aurix.
ThriveFinity sells AI search optimisation (GEO) on its own: a free Signal, a fixed-price AI Presence service, an AI Visibility service priced by estimate from a published starting price, and an optional monthly AI Growth plan. We're a one-person company registered in Chennai, India, working with B2B companies in the UK, Singapore and elsewhere. We don't run ads or build sites.
So the first decision is whether you want AI search bundled into a wider monthly retainer, or bought and measured as a project of its own.
Side-by-Side Comparison

Timeframe and meaning of rank not defined on the page | Accuracy Commitment: a factual error in a signed report is corrected within 5 working days, or that fee is refunded or credited. No promise that any AI tool will name you |
| Who it says it's for | SMEs and enterprises across 20 industries listed on its GEO page, from healthcare and F&B to legal and insurance | B2B companies whose buyers ask AI tools for a shortlist |
"Not published" means the pages we checked didn't say. Our prices come from our published pricing. They're set in each currency rather than converted, exclude tax, and businesses billed in Singapore pay in USD.
What OOm Publishes About Its GEO Work
OOm's GEO page says GEO helps your business get discovered on AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, and it presents GEO as building on SEO rather than replacing it. It lists five parts to the work: a GEO keyword audit, LLM content optimisation, an AI citation strategy, structured data and an AI Overview impact report.
It names seven AI tools: ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Bing Copilot. Google's view of its own AI features is a useful reminder of where most of the work sits:
There are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, nor other special optimizations necessary.
That's a point in favour of buying GEO from a firm that already does your SEO well. The parts that are new are measuring AI answers and earning mentions on the sites AI tools cite, which OOm's page covers as citation strategy.
The page's most distinctive offer is a guarantee it calls Rank or 3 Months Free. It ties the offer to a readiness score and says that if you don't rank in AI search within the agreed timeframe, the next 3 months are free. The page doesn't define the timeframe or what ranking means for an AI answer, which has no fixed position. Google's hiring advice warns against anyone who guarantees first place in search results. OOm's offer is a fee remedy rather than a promise of first place, but the definitions matter, so get them in the contract.
Prices aren't published. The homepage FAQ says SEO is typically a monthly retainer and that ranking movement is expected within about 3 to 6 months. It also mentions support of up to 50% for eligible SMEs under what it calls the EDGE Grant. Enterprise Singapore's page for the Enterprise Development Grant describes support of up to 50% of eligible costs for local SMEs registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% local shareholding. The names differ, so check with Enterprise Singapore which scheme applies. We haven't checked whether our work would qualify for any Singapore grant.
How Each One Measures Results
Measurement is where GEO proposals differ most, because AI tools rarely give the same answer twice.
In January 2026, SparkToro and Gumshoe had 600 volunteers run 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI a combined 2,961 times. Rand Fishkin reported a chance of less than 1 in 100 that ChatGPT or Google's AI would give the same list of brands in any two responses to the same prompt. Getting the same list in the same order was closer to 1 in 1,000.
So a single run of each question tells you very little. You want a rate, such as named in 7 of 10 runs, measured the same way before and after the work.
OOm's GEO FAQ lists what it tracks: AI citations across AI Overview, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Gemini, visibility growth, organic traffic and impressions, branded query performance, and engagement and conversions from AI-sourced traffic. Reporting runs through SEOCloud, which OOm says is available only as part of its integrated SEO and GEO packages, not on its own. The SEOCloud page describes AI search exposure, presence trends and competitor benchmarking. The homepage says its GEO analysis covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview.
What I couldn't find is how many questions are tracked or how many times each is run. Ask for both, and for a sample SEOCloud report.
We ask each of 100 to 150 buyer questions 3 times in each of five AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We count how often you're named, recommended and described correctly against 3 to 5 competitors, record the sources cited, then run the same set again at day 30. AI Growth keeps the same questions running monthly. We don't track Google AI Mode or Bing Copilot, both of which OOm names. I set out the maths of comparing runs in measuring AI share of voice.
When OOm Is the Better Choice
OOm is the better choice when AI search is one part of an ongoing search and advertising programme and you want one Singapore team to run it. These are the situations where I'd point you there rather than to us.
- You want SEO, GEO and paid media in one retainer. Its menu covers Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads as well as SEO. We do none of the paid side.
- You want a written remedy tied to AI search results. Its Rank or 3 Months Free offer is one. We make no promise about what AI tools will say.
- Google AI Mode or Bing Copilot matter to your buyers. OOm names both. We don't track them.
- You want a Singapore team that has traded for years. It says it was founded in 2006 and has an office on Grange Road. We have no office or staff there, and Chennai is two and a half hours behind Singapore.
- You sell into China or the Philippines. It lists WeChat marketing, a Philippines office and expansion into China and Hong Kong.
- Grant support matters. Its homepage mentions grant support for eligible SMEs. We can't offer that.
The usual trade-off with a broad retainer applies. Get the GEO scope, the question set, the minimum term and the guarantee definitions written into the proposal.
Questions to Ask Any Provider
Ask every provider the same questions, and get the answers in writing. Start with Google's hiring advice:
If they guarantee you that their changes will give you first place in search results, find someone else.
The same page suggests asking what results to expect and in what timeframe, how success is measured, and whether they'll share every change they make to your site. Then add the GEO questions:
- Which buyer questions will you track, and can I see the full list before we start?
- Which AI tools do you test, and how many times do you run each question?
- When is the re-test, and will it use exactly the same questions and settings as the baseline?
- If there's a guarantee, what counts as success, by when, and what's the remedy?
- What does it cost, what's the minimum term and what's the notice period?
- What happens if a report contains a factual error?
The longer version, with red flags, is in our GEO agency buyer's guide. Before the calls, get a baseline. My guide to running an AI visibility check shows how to do one yourself.
How We Wrote This Comparison
Why OOm? When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity best AI visibility agencies in Singapore three times each on 31 October 2026, OOm was named in 7 of 12 answers, counting answers that named it as OOm Singapore. That was the highest count in the test. ThriveFinity was named in none of the 12. We ran it through each provider's API (gpt-5.4-mini, claude-haiku-5-5, gemini-3.5-flash and Perplexity's sonar), so the consumer apps may answer differently.
| OOm | 7 of 12 |

Source: ThriveFinity AI-answer test, method on this page, 31 October 2026. Four AI tools, three runs each, one day. Shows how often each firm was named, not how good it is. Chart by ThriveFinity.
That count shows how often the tools named each firm on one day. It doesn't rank quality, and the same test next week could come out differently.
This page names a competitor, so we hold it to the UK's rules on comparative advertising. Section 3 of the CAP Code says a comparison with an identifiable competitor must compare products meeting the same needs and objectively compare material, relevant, verifiable and representative features. So every fact about OOm links to the page it came from and is dated. I haven't repeated its client counts, awards, partner badges or self-descriptions such as leading, because I can't verify them and quoting them would only repeat its marketing.

Where ThriveFinity Fits
We fit when you want AI search as a defined job with a published price, tested across five AI tools and measured before and after. Every price below comes from our pricing page and is shown in GBP and USD.
- AI Presence Signal (free, under an hour): 12 buyer questions across GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, scored 0 to 100. It's automated and unsigned.
- AI Presence (£849 (US$1,099), 5 working days): a signed fact sheet, a scored audit and up to 10 profiles created or aligned in your name, re-scored at day 30.
- AI Visibility (from £2,250 (US$2,949), 10 working days): 100 to 150 buyer questions across five AI tools, your 10 highest-value pages fixed, 5 briefs for new pages and a re-test at day 30. Signed by a named verifier, with the Accuracy Commitment.
- AI Growth (from £2,250 (US$2,949) a month) or Quarterly Re-measurement (£595 (US$799)): after AI Visibility, if you want ongoing tracking. AI Growth has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
We're not the right choice if you want paid media, a team in Singapore, a guarantee tied to AI results or help with a grant. OOm covers each of those. We also don't buy links or placements. Our sample AI visibility report shows exactly what you'd get, and every comparison we've written is on the comparisons hub.
