Pick Accurate Middle East if you're entering the UAE or the wider Gulf and need the market researched first: demand, competitors, customer interviews or surveys, pricing, regulation and the financial case, delivered as a strategy report by a team in Dubai. Pick ThriveFinity, which is us, if you already know broadly where you're selling and need one go-to-market decision made fast, or your positioning turned into a website, a sales deck and emails, at a price you can see first.

Both firms will give you a go-to-market strategy, so the name of the service doesn't separate them. The depth of research, the timeline and what you hold at the end do. I'm writing for one of the two firms, so I've kept to what each of us publishes and given Accurate Middle East its own section on when it's the better choice.

Facts about Accurate Middle East come from its own website, checked on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check its site before you decide. We have a commercial interest in this comparison, and ThriveFinity isn't affiliated with Accurate Middle East. Its prices are quoted in AED as it publishes them, and ours in GBP, USD and AED. We don't convert between them. Where its pages are silent, the table says "not published". Ask.

A Research-Led Strategy or a Decision and a Build

Accurate Middle East researches a market and writes the plan for entering it. We make one go-to-market decision quickly, then build the material buyers will see.

Accurate Middle East's homepage describes it as a market research and consulting firm for businesses entering and expanding in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Its About page calls it a boutique consulting firm and lists an address in Dubai Internet City, with work in Riyadh as well. Its services run from market research, competitor analysis and customer research to feasibility studies, financial models, ESG reporting and business setup support. Its site is in English, Russian and Arabic.

ThriveFinity is a one-person company, ThriveFinity (OPC) Private Limited, registered in Chennai, India, and it serves B2B companies in the UK, the US, the UAE and elsewhere. We sell defined pieces of work. The Decision Brief takes one go-to-market decision, such as which segment to lead with or how to price against an alternative, to a signed recommendation with a 90-day plan. The Go-to-Market Build turns your positioning into a 5-page website, a 20-slide deck and a 3-email sequence in 2 weeks.

So the first question is how much you still need to find out. If you don't yet know whether there's demand, who the competitors are or what the regulations require, that's research. If you know the market and your problem is what to say and what to sell with, that's a decision and a build.

Side-by-Side Comparison

The table lines up what each firm publishes on the same thirteen points. Accurate Middle East's column quotes or summarises its own pages as they read on 31 October 2026, and ours comes from our service pages and published pricing.

What Accurate Middle East Publishes About Its Work

Accurate Middle East publishes a price range and a timeline for its go-to-market work, which makes a fair comparison easier than with most consultancies.

Its UAE go-to-market strategy page sets out six phases, each with an output: market research for the opportunity, customer segmentation for customer profiles, value proposition for market positioning, channel strategy for a sales strategy, pricing strategy for the revenue model, and a launch plan with KPIs and a timeline. Its FAQ says developing the strategy usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, and that projects with primary research, competitor benchmarking and financial modelling may take slightly longer. On cost, the same FAQ says it typically ranges between AED 35,000 and AED 65,000 for small and mid-size projects, depending on the research scope, the number of competitors analysed and whether feasibility or financial modelling is added.

Its market entry strategy page covers the step before that. The phases there are briefing, validation of demand, competitors and regulatory barriers, choosing an entry model such as direct, partner-led or a pilot, launch planning, and handover, with the option to stay engaged through the launch. It lists a standard 4 to 6 week timeline and a starting fee of AED 35,000, and its FAQ says comprehensive go-to-market engagements generally start from AED 45,000. That second figure sits inside the range on the GTM page, but it's worth confirming which applies to you.

The firm's own FAQ draws a useful line between the two services:

A go-to-market strategy focuses specifically on how a product or service will be launched and sold in that market

Accurate Middle East, UAE go-to-market strategy FAQ · meaccurate.com

On process, the homepage lists five steps: consultation, scoping, proposal, execution and delivery. It describes the proposal step as a fixed fee and timeline agreed before work starts, and says deliverables are a structured PDF and an underlying data file. Its general FAQ says it tentatively charges 50% upfront and 50% on completion, a little more upfront where fieldwork is needed.

Both firms publish timelines, so here they are on one scale. The chart shows the upper end of each published range.

Source: Accurate Middle East service pages (go-to-market strategy UAE, market entry strategy) and ThriveFinity published pricing, checked 31 October 2026, 2026. Different work in each row. Accurate Middle East's projects can include primary research, which takes time. A shorter timeline only helps if the work answers your question. Chart by ThriveFinity.

What I couldn't find on the pages I checked: a guarantee, a founding year, a headcount, or whether the go-to-market strategy includes any buyer-facing material such as website copy or a sales deck. Its homepage also shows experience figures and case studies, which I haven't repeated.

How Each One Measures Results

Neither firm measures your sales after delivery. Each gives you a way to judge the work at the point of handover.

Accurate Middle East's go-to-market strategy ends in a launch plan with KPIs and a timeline. Those KPIs are how you'd check progress once you launch, and its market entry page offers to stay engaged through the launch itself. Its strength is the evidence base: market data, competitor analysis and, where the project includes it, interviews and surveys with real customers.

Our Decision Brief sets kill criteria, the signals that would tell you within its 90-day plan that the decision was wrong. A Go-to-Market Build is checked at handover: every claim on the site, in the deck and in the emails traces to a source in a signed evidence record, and all three are written from one messaging framework. Our methodology page explains how evidence is graded A to E. Our published services don't include customer interviews or surveys, so if your decision depends on that kind of fieldwork, ours isn't the right tool.

One reason the buyer-facing side matters, whichever firm you use: buyers do a lot of the work before they talk to anyone. Forrester's 2026 study of business buying puts it this way:

While genAI searches are the starting point for B2B buyers, leaders are increasingly relying on their internal and external buying networks

Forrester, The State of Business Buying, 2026, press release · forrester.com, 21 January 2026

The same release says the typical buying decision now involves 13 internal stakeholders and nine external influencers. A strategy report tells your team what to do. Most of those people will never see it. They'll see your site, your deck and what others say about you.

When Accurate Middle East Is the Better Choice

Accurate Middle East is the better choice when you need the UAE or Gulf market researched before you commit. These are the situations where I'd point you there rather than to us.

  • You're entering the region for the first time and don't yet know the demand, the competitors or the rules.
  • You need primary research: customer interviews, surveys or expert consultations in the market. Our services don't list fieldwork.
  • You need a feasibility study or a financial model, for example because investors or a bank want to see the business case.
  • You're deciding how to enter, whether direct, through a partner or with a pilot, or you also need business setup support.
  • You're expanding from the UAE into Saudi Arabia. It works in both and its market entry FAQ says the two usually need different strategies.
  • You want a team on the ground in Dubai, or a firm whose site works in Arabic and Russian as well as English.

The trade-off is time and cost. Its published go-to-market range is AED 35,000 to AED 65,000 over 4 to 8 weeks, and research takes as long as it takes. If you already know the market, you may be paying for answers you have.

When ThriveFinity Is the Better Choice

We're the better choice when the market question is mostly settled and the job is to decide what to lead with and say it well, quickly.

  • You're already selling in the UAE, or you know enough about the market, and you need one go-to-market decision. The Decision Brief is £749 ($999, AED 3,699), on a 48-hour target.
  • You need buyer-facing material, not only a plan. The Go-to-Market Build starts from £3,999 ($5,299, AED 19,499) and gives you a website, a deck and emails in 2 weeks.
  • You sell into several markets, such as the UK, the US and the UAE, and want one positioning that works across them.
  • You want every claim in your materials sourced and signed, with a correction within 5 working days if a cited source doesn't support one, and no fee for a deliverable we can't fix.
  • You'd like to test the fit before spending much. The First Signal is free and takes under an hour.

If you want to look at your competitors yourself first, our guide to competitive intelligence for B2B companies shows how to gather it and where the legal limits are. It's written for UK buyers, but the method applies in the Gulf too.

Questions to Ask Any Provider

Ask both firms the same questions and get the answers in writing. They're ordered by how much they'll change the decision.

  1. What question will this work answer, in one sentence, and how will we know it's been answered?
  2. Which parts are desk research and which are primary research with real buyers, and how many interviews or responses?
  3. What exactly do we receive at the end: a report, a data file, a plan, or material our buyers will see?
  4. What's the fixed fee, what's excluded, and what would make it change?
  5. How long will it take, and what usually makes it slip?
  6. Who does the work, and can we meet them before we sign?
  7. What happens if a fact in the deliverable turns out to be wrong?

For a plain definition of what a go-to-market plan should cover, so you can check each proposal against it, our go-to-market strategy guide has one, with a template. And for the wider buying questions, read our guide to fixed-price go-to-market services.

How We Wrote This Comparison

This page names a competitor, so UK advertising rules apply to it. Section 3 of the CAP Code says a comparison with an identifiable competitor must "compare products meeting the same needs or intended for the same purpose" and must objectively compare features that are material, relevant, verifiable and representative. Regulation 4 of the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 sets the same conditions and bars comparisons that discredit or denigrate a competitor.

The shared need here is getting a go-to-market strategy for a B2B company launching or selling in the UAE. Accurate Middle East also sells services we don't offer at all, such as feasibility studies, ESG reporting and business setup support, and I haven't compared those. Every fact about it links to the page it came from and was checked on 31 October 2026. I haven't repeated its case studies or experience figures, because I can't verify them.

Why this firm? When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity who can help a B2B startup in the UAE with its go-to-market strategy three times each on 31 October 2026, Accurate Middle East was named in 3 of 12 answers. ThriveFinity was named in none. We ran the test through each provider's API, and it measures how often a firm is mentioned, nothing about the quality of its work.

We're not the right choice if you need primary market research, a feasibility study, a financial model, regulatory analysis or company setup in the UAE, or a team in Dubai. ❓ Common Questions

How much does Accurate Middle East charge for a go-to-market strategy?
Its UAE go-to-market strategy page says the cost typically ranges between AED 35,000 and AED 65,000 for small and mid-size projects, depending on the research scope, the number of competitors analysed and whether feasibility studies or financial modelling are added. Its market entry page says comprehensive GTM engagements generally start from AED 45,000. Checked 31 October 2026.
Is a market entry strategy the same as a go-to-market strategy?
Not quite, and Accurate Middle East's own FAQ draws the line well. Market entry covers how a company enters a country, including regulation, company setup and structure. Go-to-market covers how a product or service is launched and sold there: positioning, pricing, channels and sales tactics. If you're already set up in the UAE, you probably need only the second.
Can I use Accurate Middle East and ThriveFinity together?
Yes. A research-led strategy tells you whether and how to enter, who to target and at what price. A Go-to-Market Build then turns the chosen positioning into a website, a sales deck and emails. The order matters less than making sure the assets are written from the same decision.
