AI Visibility Agencies in the UAE: The Firms AI Tools Name, Compared

For a B2B company selling in the UAE and building a shortlist for AI search optimisation, this lines up the firms AI tools named in our test, what each publishes about scope, language, price and terms, and how to choose.

When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity best AI visibility agencies in the UAE three times each on 31 October 2026, no firm came up in more than 3 of the 12 answers. Three agencies were named three times each: ASAD, ThatWare and Digital Gravity. For go-to-market help, Accurate Middle East was named in 3 of 12. ThriveFinity, which is us, wasn't named in any UAE answer. The AI tools don't agree on a UAE shortlist, so treat any list, this one included, as a place to start your own checks.

Below, you'll find what each firm publishes on its own site: what it sells, whether it works in Arabic, where it's based, its price and its terms. Then how much search demand there is, how to choose, the questions to ask, what our test does and doesn't show, and a short section on go-to-market help.

Facts about every firm come from its own website, as published on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check each site before you decide. We have a commercial interest in this page, because we sell AI search optimisation and go-to-market work, and we're not affiliated with any firm listed. Accurate Middle East's prices are quoted in AED as it publishes them, and ours in GBP, USD and AED. We don't convert between them. Where a firm's pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.

The Firms AI Tools Named for the UAE, Side by Side

The table has the four firms named three or more times across our two UAE questions, plus us. The count is how often the AI tools named each firm in 12 answers to one question. It isn't a ranking of quality, and with every firm on 3, it doesn't even separate them. The first three rows answer the AI visibility question and the fourth the go-to-market question.

"Not published" means the pages we checked didn't say. Counts are from our AI-answer test on 31 October 2026 (method in the section on what the test is and is not). ThriveFinity prices are shown in GBP with the set USD and AED prices in brackets, plus applicable taxes. We publish set prices in GBP, USD, EUR, AED and INR, not exchange-rate conversions, and you pay in your billing country's currency, so businesses billed in the UAE pay in AED.

Three of the four firms are based in Dubai. ThatWare is headquartered in India and lists a Dubai office. We're in India with no UAE office. If being able to meet your agency in person matters to you, that column decides a lot.

How Much UAE Demand There Is

Very little shows up in Google search data, and that changes how you should think about visibility in the UAE. DataForSEO's estimate for ai seo agency in the UAE was 30 searches a month on 31 October 2026, against 1,600 in the US.

Source: DataForSEO keyword data, pulled in our 31 October 2026 test (method in this page), 31 October 2026. Modelled estimates, not counts. Small numbers are especially uncertain. Chart by ThriveFinity.

What we observed. The other UAE seed terms barely registered. ai seo audit came in at 10 a month, and DataForSEO's AI search volume for chatgpt seo was 14. There was no ranking data for our seed terms in the UAE at all. In the AI answers, the most-cited sources were reddit.com and hub71.com, which describes itself as Abu Dhabi's global tech ecosystem.

What it suggests. UAE buyers don't seem to find these agencies by searching Google for the category. The AI tools appear to draw on ecosystem sources, such as startup hubs, forums and directories, more than on agency websites. That's an inference from one day's answers and very small search numbers, not something the test proved.

What to do next. Ask people you trust in your network and the hubs you belong to, then check each name against its own site. For your own company, the same logic applies: being described accurately on the ecosystem pages AI tools cite may matter more in the UAE than ranking for the category term. I compare which kinds of pages each AI tool links to in where each AI assistant gets its answers.

What the Three Named Agencies Publish

The three AI visibility firms look alike in the AI answers, but they're quite different businesses once you read their own pages.

ASAD is the most focused. Its homepage calls it an AI SEO agency in Dubai and lists six services, from AI search optimisation to AI visibility reporting, with citation share, rank and sentiment reported weekly against named competitors. It argues that agencies should treat Arabic as a primary search surface rather than a translation step. Its About page says it was founded in Dubai by Shantanu Pandey and works across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Its FAQ names five engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude and Google Gemini) and sets the terms: a 48-hour audit, then usually a 12-week sprint, then a programme with a three-month minimum and 60 days' notice to exit. It doesn't guarantee citations.

ThatWare is a broader SEO firm. Its About page dates its launch to 2018, headquartered in Kolkata, with an office in Al Furjan, Dubai, and names Tuhin Banik as founder and CEO. Its GEO service page lists AI visibility optimisation, content structuring for AI, entity work, citation optimisation and schema, and names ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Google AI Overviews. Its UAE page has a GEO section and lists Arabic SEO support. Its GEO pricing page says plans are priced in USD a month with monthly deliverables, but showed no amounts when we checked.

Digital Gravity is a web design and development agency first. Its homepage lists an office on Sheikh Zayed Road and says it has built websites in Dubai since 2014. Its GEO page lists LLM citation optimisation, work on Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Copilot, reputation management, bilingual Arabic GEO and an AI visibility audit testing 20 to 30 keyphrases. It doesn't publish a GEO price or term.

Google's position on its own AI features is a useful anchor for all three:

There are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, nor other special optimizations necessary.

Google Search Central · AI features and your website

That covers Google, not ChatGPT or Claude. It still means sound SEO is the base of any GEO proposal, and all three firms sell SEO alongside GEO.

How to Choose an AI Visibility Agency in the UAE

In the UAE, language and location carry more weight than they do in most markets. Here's how I'd weigh the choice.

  • Language first. If your buyers ask AI tools in Arabic, an English-only audit won't show you those answers. ASAD and Digital Gravity both list Arabic AI search work, and ThatWare lists Arabic SEO support. Ask each one to show you an Arabic baseline.
  • Then the market. A company selling only in Dubai needs different questions tracked from one selling across the GCC or into Europe and the US. ASAD names the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • The unit you're buying. ASAD sets out an audit, a sprint and a programme with a minimum term. ThatWare's pricing page describes monthly plans. A defined job with a re-test is another option, and it's the one we sell.
  • Whether you need more than GEO. Digital Gravity also builds websites and apps and runs ads. If your site needs rebuilding anyway, one firm for both may suit you.
  • The terms in writing. Two of the three don't publish a minimum term. Ask for it, with the notice period.

If you'd rather have a large international agency with a Gulf presence, NoGood, which was named in 6 of 12 answers in our US test, lists a Dubai hub on its homepage. It wasn't named in the UAE answers.

Questions to Ask Any AI Visibility Agency

Ask each firm the same questions and get the answers in writing. Google's advice on hiring an SEO covers AEO and GEO services too, and its question list includes one that matters here: what's your experience in my country or city? It's also blunt about guarantees:

If they guarantee you that their changes will give you first place in search results, find someone else.

Google Search Central · Do you need an SEO?

Then add the questions specific to AI search in the UAE:

  1. Which buyer questions will you track, in which languages, and can I see the full list first?
  2. Which AI tools do you test, and how many times do you run each question?
  3. Which competitors will you measure us against, local and international?
  4. When is the re-test, and will it use exactly the same questions and settings?
  5. What will you change, and who does the work?
  6. What does it cost over the full term, in which currency, and what's the notice period?
  7. What happens if a report contains a factual error?

The longer version, with red flags, is in our GEO agency buyer's guide. Before any of these calls, a baseline of your own helps. My guide to running an AI visibility check shows how to do one in a working day, and you can repeat it in Arabic.

What Our AI-Answer Test Is and Is Not

The test is a count of mentions. On 31 October 2026 we asked four AI models two UAE questions, three times each, and counted which firms each answer named. Here's the AI visibility question. The full method is on our methodology page.

Source: ThriveFinity AI-answer test, method in this section, 31 October 2026. Question: best AI visibility agencies in the UAE. Four AI models through their APIs, three runs each, in English. A count of mentions, not a ranking of quality. Chart by ThriveFinity.

The models were gpt-5.4-mini, claude-haiku-5-5, gemini-3.5-flash and Perplexity sonar, used through their APIs rather than the consumer apps, with the questions in English. The second question was who can help a B2B startup in the UAE with its go-to-market strategy, asked the same way. Firm names were pulled from the answers automatically, so a firm mentioned only in passing could be missed. We confirmed each listed firm's website ourselves.

What the test is not: a quality ranking, a measure of client results, an Arabic-language test or a stable picture. Twelve answers is a small sample, and a count of 3 could easily change on another day. AI answers also shift a lot between runs. In January 2026, SparkToro and Gumshoe had 600 volunteers run 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI 2,961 times, and Rand Fishkin reported a less than 1 in 100 chance that ChatGPT or Google's AI would give the same list of brands twice in 100 runs.

We were named in 0 of the 12 UAE answers to each question, and in 0 of 96 answers across the UAE, the US, Europe and Singapore. In the UK it was 1 of 36.

This page names competitors, so advertising rules apply. Section 3 of the UK CAP Code says a comparison with an identifiable competitor must compare products meeting the same needs and objectively compare material, relevant, verifiable and representative features. Regulation 4 of the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 sets the same conditions. So every firm fact here links to its source and is dated, and I haven't repeated any firm's performance figures, client results or testimonials.

Go-to-Market Help in the UAE

For the go-to-market question, one firm we could confirm came up three times: Accurate Middle East. A few other names appeared at least three times, but we couldn't confirm which companies the answers meant, so they're not in the table.

Accurate Middle East's homepage calls it a Dubai-based market research and consulting firm, with an office in Dubai Internet City and work in Riyadh. Its UAE go-to-market strategy page sets out six phases, from market research and customer segmentation to pricing and a launch plan, and says the cost typically ranges from AED 35,000 to AED 65,000. Its FAQ says a strategy usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, and its general FAQ says it tentatively charges 50% upfront and 50% on completion.

A research-led strategy like that suits a company entering the Gulf that needs the market studied first. If you already sell in the UAE and need one decision made, or your positioning turned into assets, that's a different job. Our Go-to-Market Build (from £3,999 ($5,299, AED 19,499)) turns your positioning into a 5-page website, a 20-slide sales deck and a 3-email sequence in 2 weeks, and starts with the Decision Brief (£749 ($999, AED 3,699)), on a 48-hour target. We don't do primary research, feasibility studies or company setup.

Where ThriveFinity Fits

We fit a B2B company that sells in the UAE, often alongside the UK, the US or Europe, and wants AI search work bought as a defined job with a known price and a measured before and after. Prices come from our pricing page, shown here in GBP with the set USD and AED prices in brackets. Businesses billed in the UAE pay the AED price.

  • AI Presence Signal (free, under an hour): 12 buyer questions across GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, scored 0 to 100. Automated and unsigned.
  • AI Presence (£849 ($1,099, AED 4,199), 5 working days): a signed fact sheet, a scored audit and up to 10 profiles aligned, credited in full to AI Visibility if you book it within 30 days.
  • AI Visibility (from £2,250 ($2,949, AED 11,149), 10 working days): 100 to 150 buyer questions, each asked 3 times in five AI tools, your 10 highest-value pages fixed, 5 briefs for new pages and a re-test at day 30.
  • AI Growth (from £2,250 ($2,949, AED 11,149) a month) or Quarterly Re-measurement (£595 ($799, AED 2,899)): ongoing work or tracking after AI Visibility. AI Growth has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.

We're a one-person company registered in Chennai, India, with no UAE office, and we work in English only. If your buyers ask AI tools in Arabic, or you want someone in Dubai, the local agencies above are better placed. We also won't promise that any AI tool will name you. Our own test result shows why nobody should.

We've written the same kind of roundup for AI visibility agencies in the US, and every comparison page is listed on the comparisons hub.

❓ Common Questions

Which is the best AI visibility agency in the UAE?
Our test can't answer that, and the AI tools didn't agree either. On 31 October 2026, no firm was named in more than 3 of 12 answers to the question best AI visibility agencies in the UAE. ASAD, ThatWare and Digital Gravity were each named 3 times. That's a count of mentions, not a judgement of quality. Compare the firms on what they publish and ask each one the same questions.
Do I need an agency that works in Arabic?
If your buyers search or ask AI tools in Arabic, yes. AI answers can differ by language, and an English-only audit won’t show you the Arabic answers. ASAD and Digital Gravity both list Arabic-language AI search work, and ThatWare lists Arabic SEO support. We work in English only.
What currency does ThriveFinity bill UAE companies in?
AED. We publish set prices in GBP, USD, EUR, AED and INR, not exchange-rate conversions, and you pay in your billing country’s currency. This page shows GBP with the set USD and AED prices in brackets.
