Pick Sell Successfully if your problem is the sales process itself: who you target, how deals move, and the CRM workflows and outreach that run it. Pick ThriveFinity, which is us, if your problem is the message: you want one positioning, then a website, a sales deck and emails built from it, at a price agreed first. Sell Successfully is a consultancy in Eindhoven, in the Netherlands, run by its founder Wouter van de Velde. We're a one-person company registered in India, working for B2B companies in the UK, the EU and elsewhere.
Both firms write positioning and messaging, so the overlap is real. What each builds after that is different, and so is what each promises if the work falls short.
Facts about Sell Successfully come from its own website, as published on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check its site before you decide. We have a commercial interest in this comparison and we're not affiliated with Sell Successfully. Where its pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.
A Sales System or a Message and Its Assets
The main difference is what you're left with at the end. Sell Successfully leaves you with a working sales system. We leave you with one message and the assets that carry it.
Sell Successfully's homepage sums up its work as "Nail your positioning. Build a repeatable process. Automate what slows you down." Its packages run from an audit through a growth strategy to a sales sprint, and they end in playbooks, scripts, CRM workflows and automated outreach. The homepage also says "90% of what I build goes into the CRM you already pay for."
Our Go-to-Market Build starts with a positioning audit and a messaging framework. Then we build a 5-page website, a 20-slide sales deck and a 3-email sequence from that framework, so all three describe the same company. It takes 2 weeks from agreed scope, and every claim in the assets is sourced and signed.
If you're not sure which problem you have, the next five sections should help you tell.
Side-by-Side Comparison
The table lines up what each firm publishes on the same twelve points. Sell Successfully's column quotes or summarises its own pages as they read on 31 October 2026.

What Sell Successfully Publishes About Its Work
Sell Successfully publishes its prices and its packages in unusual detail for a consultancy. That makes a fair comparison easier.
There are four ways in on the homepage. A free 10-minute video audit looks at your website and copy and arrives within 48 hours. The Revenue Leak Audit costs €500 and includes a 90-minute live session, a full pipeline map, an automation opportunity scan, a written report and a prioritised 90-day fix backlog. The page says the fee is "Fully credited against any Build that follows" and that "The €500 is not refundable."
The Complete Growth Strategy costs €2.5k to €15k and runs for 4 weeks plus 60 days of support. It covers ICP definition, positioning and messaging, pricing strategy, a sales playbook with call scripts and follow-up sequences, and CRM and outbound automations. The page says it's for companies "somewhere between €200k and €5M ARR", and not for pre-revenue companies or anyone who wants paid ads run for them.
The 6-week GTM sprint costs €2.5k to €12k. Weeks 1 and 2 cover ICP analysis from your closed deals, a competitive positioning audit and a draft messaging framework. Weeks 3 and 4 build the playbook, email sequences and CRM workflows. Weeks 5 and 6 go live with real outreach. It asks for 3 to 4 hours a week from you, and says it takes one sprint client a month.
Beyond those, its services page lists a Build at €5k to €15k with 3 to 5 automations, a Growth Partner retainer at €5k to €15k a month, and unpriced services including web design, fractional CMO and CRO, HubSpot setup and pricing consulting. Its About page describes the founder's background as "Fourteen years operating sales teams across SaaS and research-tech", and says the business began as coaching before moving to automation two years ago.
What I couldn't find: a legal entity name, a company registration number, a team size or payment terms.
Positioning: Where the Two Overlap
Both firms start with positioning and messaging, and both treat it as a decision about who you're for, not a slogan. Sell Successfully's services page puts it in one line:
Positioning is a decision, not a tagline: who this is for, what it beats, and why anyone should believe you.
I'd sign that. The difference is where the positioning goes next. Sell Successfully turns it into tested messaging for your website, emails and sales conversations, plus battle cards and objection scripts, and then into a live outreach system. We turn it into the finished assets themselves: the site pages, the deck slides and the email copy, written and designed. We don't write call scripts or set up your CRM.
Where your message appears matters. Forrester's State of Business Buying, 2026 says "genAI searches are the starting point for B2B buyers", and that the typical buying decision now involves 13 internal stakeholders and nine external influencers. So your website gets read by people you'll never meet, and by AI tools summarising you for them. The Build's website is AI visibility and SEO ready. Sell Successfully's pages don't mention AI search.
If outbound is how you win most deals, its approach puts the message where your buyers meet it first. If buyers find you, research you and arrive already half decided, the website and deck carry more of the load. I explain the difference in B2B positioning for established companies.
What Each One Promises if It Goes Wrong
The two firms promise different things, and it's worth reading both closely. Sell Successfully's promise is about outcomes and delivery. Ours is about accuracy.
Its homepage says: "If my team and I don't get you the outcome that was discussed, we keep working for free until we do." The sprint page puts it as scope: if it can't deliver what was scoped in 6 weeks, it keeps working free until it's done. Neither page defines the outcome in advance, so write the outcome into the agreement if you rely on that promise.
Our Accuracy Commitment covers the facts in what we deliver. If a factual claim in a signed deliverable isn't supported by its cited source, and you tell us within 30 days, we correct and re-sign it within 5 working days. If we can't, that deliverable's fee is refunded or credited. We don't guarantee commercial outcomes, because we don't control your sales.
Neither promise is better in the abstract. An outcome promise suits you if the outcome is clear and measurable. An accuracy promise suits you if you're about to put claims in front of buyers or investors and need them to hold up.
When Sell Successfully Is the Better Choice
Sell Successfully is the better choice when your sales process, not your message, is what's holding you back. These are the situations where I'd point you there rather than to us.
- You need sales playbooks, call scripts and objection handling written from your own won and lost deals. We don't write those.
- You want CRM workflows, lead scoring and outbound automation set up in the tools you already pay for. We don't touch your CRM.
- You want outreach run for you. It lists AI lead generation and cold outreach as a service. We don't run outreach.
- You're between €200k and €5M ARR and the founder still closes most deals. Its strategy and sprint pages are written for that stage.
- You sell in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and want a consultant based nearby. It's in Eindhoven, and its site is in English and Dutch.
- You want to start small. A €500 audit, credited to a later Build, is a low-cost way to see how it works.
The trade-off is that the positioning sits inside a sales project. If you need finished website pages and a designed deck, check what its packages include, because its web design service is separate and unpriced on the pages we checked.
How to Decide
Work out whether the gap is the message or the machine, then pick the firm built for it.
- Can a stranger read your homepage and say what you do and who it's for? If not, the message comes first.
- Do your site, deck and emails describe the same company? If not, more outreach spreads the confusion further.
- Is the message clear, but deals stall or depend on the founder? Then the sales process is the gap.
- Do you have someone to run campaigns and outreach once assets exist? If yes, a fixed build may be enough.
- What's the full cost, in which currency, and what's due before work starts?
- What exactly is the guarantee, and is the outcome written down?

How We Wrote This Comparison
This page names a competitor, so comparative advertising rules apply. Article 4 of EU Directive 2006/114/EC allows a comparison only if it covers services "meeting the same needs or intended for the same purpose" and "objectively compares one or more material, relevant, verifiable and representative features". Rules 3.33 and 3.34 of the UK CAP Code say the same, and we publish from the UK site.
So every fact about Sell Successfully links to the page it came from and is dated. I haven't repeated its revenue figures, recovery percentages, client results or testimonials, because I can't verify them and quoting them would only repeat its marketing. Where its pages say nothing, the table says so.
Why Sell Successfully? When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity who can help a B2B startup in Europe with its go-to-market strategy three times each on 31 October 2026, Sell Successfully was named in 3 of 12 answers. That's how often it was named, not a ranking of quality.
| Sell Successfully | 3 of 12 |

Source: ThriveFinity AI-answer test via DataForSEO, 31 October 2026 (own data). ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, the same question asked 3 times each, 2026. A count of answers that named each firm, not a measure of quality. These three were the most-named firms for this question. Chart by ThriveFinity.
We weren't named in any of the 12 answers. One small test on one day can't say much. It does show that no single firm was the obvious answer to that question.

We fit when you want the message fixed once and built into your main assets, at a price agreed before work starts. Every price below comes from our published pricing, in GBP with the set EUR price in brackets.
- First Signal (free, under an hour): a check on your positioning. You can run the free First Signal today.
- Decision Brief (£749 (€899), 48-hour target): a named verifier researches your offer and market, tests it against four buyer roles and signs one go-to-market decision with a 90-day plan. Every Build starts with one, and its fee is credited in full to a Build booked within 30 days.
- Go-to-Market Build (from £3,999 (€4,699), 2 weeks): positioning audit, messaging framework, a 5-page website, a 20-slide deck, a 3-email sequence and a 90-day roadmap, with one design revision. Estimate within one business day, 50% advance once scope is agreed, 50% before handover.
We're not the right choice if you need a sales playbook, CRM automation, outreach run for you, or a consultant you can meet in the Netherlands. Sell Successfully will serve you better there. You can see what our assets look like in the sample Go-to-Market Build.
The two can also work in sequence. Get the positioning and assets right with us, then have a sales consultant build the process that uses them. Every comparison we publish is on the comparisons hub.
