Omniscient Digital suits a B2B software company that wants AI search handled inside a full organic growth programme, with SEO, content production, link building and digital PR run by one team, and a budget that starts at $120,000 a year. ThriveFinity, which is us, suits a B2B company that wants AI search bought as a defined job with a published price, a fixed list of buyer questions and a re-test of those same questions at day 30. The two are different sizes of purchase for the same need, and this page sets out what each one publishes so you can tell which you're shopping for.
Google's page on whether you need an SEO, last updated in June 2026, now tells you to ask anyone selling AEO or GEO services whether their advice lines up with Google Search's official guidance. It's a fair question for both firms here, including us.
Facts about Omniscient Digital come from its own website and its Clutch directory profile, as published on 31 October 2026. Services and prices change, so check its site before you decide. We have a commercial interest in this comparison and we're not affiliated with Omniscient Digital. Where its pages are silent, the table says "not published". That doesn't mean it doesn't offer the thing. Ask.
Two Different Ways to Buy GEO
The two options differ in team size, budget and how much of your organic marketing they take on.
Omniscient Digital's homepage calls it an organic growth agency for B2B brands, and its menu lists nine services from SEO strategy to digital analytics. Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is one of them. AEO and GEO are two names for roughly the same job: getting AI assistants to find, cite and correctly describe your company. I explain the term in what generative engine optimisation is.
Its About page names three co-founders (David Ly Khim, Co-Founder and CEO, Alex Birkett, Co-Founder and CRO, and Allie Konchar, Co-Founder and CCO) and describes a distributed team of more than 30 people across 10 countries. Its Clutch profile gives 2019 as the founding year.
ThriveFinity sells AI search optimisation (GEO) as separate pieces of work: a free Signal, a fixed-price AI Presence service, an AI Visibility service priced by estimate and an optional monthly AI Growth plan. We're a one-person company registered in India, based in Chennai, serving B2B companies in the UK, the US and elsewhere. We have no US office. A named verifier signs every paid report.
So the first question is how much of your organic marketing you want one firm to own.
Side-by-Side Comparison
The table lines up what each firm publishes on the same thirteen points. Omniscient Digital's column quotes or summarises its own pages, plus its Clutch listing where its site is silent.

"Not published" means the pages we checked didn't say. Clutch figures are directory listings, which agencies usually manage themselves. ThriveFinity prices show GBP with the set USD price in brackets. US companies are billed in USD, plus applicable taxes.
What Omniscient Digital Publishes About Its AI Search Work
Omniscient Digital's AEO service page sets out a method in four steps: model real buyer demand, win the consideration set, shape the sources that shape the answer, and measure influence against pipeline. Two add-ons sit beside them, technical AEO foundations and AEO experiments.
The first step is the one I'd look at closely. The page says it combines customer research, sales conversations, search data and competitive intelligence to map the questions buyers ask. That's the right starting point. The question list decides everything that follows, because a firm can only report on the questions it chose to track.
The third step is where most of the work in GEO happens, away from your own site. The page talks about strengthening your presence on the publishers, review sites and communities that influence AI answers. Its separate AI info page, written for AI tools to read, lists the GEO deliverables more plainly:
- target prompt identification and tracking
- owned media optimisation for LLM visibility
- earned media campaigns
- brand mention outreach to influence LLM outputs
Earned media and outreach take people and time, and that's the case for an agency with a content production team and a digital PR service. If your company hasn't been written about anywhere, a fix to your own pages won't change much on its own. I looked at which sources each assistant leans on in where each AI assistant gets its answers.
Google's own position is worth keeping in mind when any firm describes AI-specific work:
There are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, nor other special optimizations necessary.
That applies to Google's AI features, not to ChatGPT or Claude. It does mean good SEO is still the foundation, and Omniscient Digital sells SEO, technical SEO and link building alongside its AEO work.
What I couldn't find: how many prompts it tracks, how many times each is run, a reporting cadence, a minimum term or a guarantee. The AEO page names ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and doesn't mention Perplexity or Google AI Overviews. None of that is unusual for an agency that scopes work on a strategy call. It just means you'll need to ask.
What Each One Publishes About Price and Terms
Omniscient Digital publishes one number. Its homepage and its AEO page both say full-service engagements start at $120,000 a year. Its Clutch profile adds a minimum project size of $5,000+ and an average hourly rate of $100 to $149. It doesn't publish a minimum term, a notice period or what a smaller project would cover.
We publish every price on our pricing page. The AI Visibility service starts at £2,250 ($2,949), with an estimate within one business day once we know the scope, 50% paid once the scope is agreed and 50% before handover. AI Growth starts at £2,250 ($2,949) a month, with a 3-month minimum and then 30 days' notice. For a US company, those are set USD prices, not exchange-rate conversions.
The gap in price is large, and it reflects a gap in scope. An annual full-service programme buys a team producing content, building links and running PR every month. A 10-working-day AI Visibility service buys a diagnosis, fixes to 10 pages and 5 briefs for new pages. Compare what's included, not only the headline figure.
How Each One Measures Results
Measurement is where GEO proposals differ most, and it's hard to judge on a sales call. AI tools rarely give the same answer twice.
In January 2026, SparkToro and Gumshoe had 600 volunteers run 12 prompts through ChatGPT, Claude and Google's AI a combined 2,961 times. Rand Fishkin reported a chance of less than 1 in 100 that ChatGPT or Google's AI would give the same list of brands in any two responses to the same prompt asked 100 times.
So a single run of each question tells you very little. What you want is a rate, such as named in 7 of 10 runs, measured the same way before and after the work. I go through the maths in measuring AI share of voice.
Omniscient Digital's AEO page lists what it tracks: visibility, recommendation patterns, messaging or positioning gaps and inaccuracies, citation sources, competitive movement and downstream pipeline signals. It connects those to web analytics, self-reported attribution, CRM data and customer research. Its homepage describes a dashboard that tracks pipeline and conversions alongside AI share of voice and citation share. That's a broader view than ours, because it ties AI visibility to revenue data from your own systems.
We measure a narrower thing more tightly. We ask each of 100 to 150 buyer questions 3 times in each of five AI tools, record how often you're named, recommended and described correctly against 3 to 5 competitors, and run the same set again at day 30. We don't connect it to your CRM. If pipeline attribution is the number your board wants, that's a point in Omniscient Digital's favour.
When Omniscient Digital Is the Better Choice
Omniscient Digital is the better choice when AI search is one part of a larger organic programme and you have the budget for a team to run all of it. These are the situations where I'd point you there rather than to us.
- You sell B2B software and want a specialist in that market. Its AI info page names B2B SaaS and technology companies, VC-backed startups and scale-ups, and mid-market and enterprise B2B marketing teams.
- You want content made for you every month. It lists content production, programmatic SEO, link building and digital PR. We write 5 briefs for new pages and don't produce content at volume.
- You want AI visibility tied to pipeline. Its AEO page connects visibility data to CRM data and self-reported attribution. We report on AI answers, not on revenue.
- You want conversion work in the same contract. It lists conversion rate optimisation as a service. We don't offer it.
- You can commit about $120,000 a year or more. That's its stated starting point for full-service work.
The usual trade-off applies to any agency that scopes work on a call. You'll need to pin down the question list, the runs per question, the minimum term and the notice period in writing.
Questions to Ask Any Provider
Ask both firms the same questions and get the answers in writing. Google's hiring advice is a good start. It suggests asking what results to expect and in what timeframe, how success is measured, and whether they'll share every change they make to your site. It also has a blunt line for anyone who promises the top spot:
If they guarantee you that their changes will give you first place in search results, find someone else.
Then add the GEO-specific questions:
- Which buyer questions will you track, and can I see the full list before we start?
- Which AI tools do you test, and how many times do you run each question?
- When is the re-test, and will it use exactly the same questions and settings as the baseline?
- What exactly will you change, and who does the work: you, or my team from your list?
- Which outside sites will you approach for mentions, and will anything be paid for?
- What does it cost, what's the minimum term and what's the notice period?
- What happens if a report contains a factual error?
The longer version, with red flags, is in our GEO agency buyer's guide. Before any of these calls, get a baseline of your own. My guide to running an AI visibility check shows how to do it in an afternoon.
How We Wrote This Comparison
We wrote this page because AI tools put Omniscient Digital on US shortlists. When we asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity best AI visibility agencies in the US three times each on 31 October 2026, Omniscient Digital was named in 7 of 12 answers. ThriveFinity was named in none of them.
| Omniscient Digital | 7 of 12 |
|---|---|
| WebFX | 7 of 12 |
| First Page Sage | 6 of 12 |
| Siege Media | 6 of 12 |
| NoGood | 6 of 12 |
| ThriveFinity | 0 of 12 |
Source: ThriveFinity AI-answer test, method in this section, 31 October 2026. One question, four AI models through their APIs, three runs each. A count of mentions, not a ranking of quality. Chart by ThriveFinity.
The test used the models through their APIs (gpt-5.4-mini, claude-haiku-5-5, gemini-3.5-flash and Perplexity sonar), not the consumer apps, and 12 answers is a small sample. It tells you how often a name came up. It says nothing about who does better work.
This page names a competitor, so advertising rules apply. Section 3 of the UK CAP Code says a comparison with an identifiable competitor must compare products meeting the same needs and must objectively compare material, relevant, verifiable and representative features. Regulation 4 of the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008 sets the same conditions. In the US, the FTC's policy statement on comparative advertising encourages naming competitors, but requires clarity and, where needed, disclosure.
So every fact about Omniscient Digital links to the page it came from and is dated. I haven't repeated its client results, case study figures or testimonials, because I can't verify them and quoting them would only repeat its marketing. Where its pages say nothing, the table says so.

Where ThriveFinity Fits
We fit when you want AI search work as a defined job with a known price and a measured before and after. Every price below comes from our published pricing, shown in GBP with the set USD price in brackets.
- AI Presence Signal (free, under an hour): 12 buyer questions across GPT (OpenAI), Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, scored 0 to 100. It's automated and unsigned, and you can run the free AI Presence Signal right now.
- AI Presence (£849 ($1,099), 5 working days): a signed fact sheet, a scored audit and up to 10 profiles aligned, credited in full to the AI Visibility service if you book it within 30 days.
- AI Visibility (from £2,250 ($2,949), 10 working days): 100 to 150 buyer questions across five AI tools, your 10 highest-value pages fixed, 5 briefs for new pages, and a re-test at day 30. Signed by a named verifier, with the Accuracy Commitment.
- AI Growth (from £2,250 ($2,949) a month) or Quarterly Re-measurement (£595 ($799)): after the AI Visibility service, if you want ongoing tracking. AI Growth has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
We're not the right choice if you need content produced at volume, link building, digital PR campaigns, conversion work or a team of 30 people on your account. Omniscient Digital lists all of those. We also don't buy links or placements, and we won't promise that any AI tool will name you. Our sample AI visibility report shows exactly what you'd get.
Weighing other US firms that AI tools named? We've compared ourselves the same way with WebFX, First Page Sage, Siege Media and NoGood. Every page is listed on the comparisons hub.
